History
Welcome to Primo Osteria
The young chef Pietro Adragna moved to Ponte Milvio where he created the new Primo Osteria, a trendy place and inaugurated the new course of his Roman cuisine tavern, and beyond.
The menu talks about cooking techniques, marinades, artisan flavors but there is also an easier formula for short stops at the counter. A new course in sparkling and current catering with a young and full of enthusiasm brigade that moves naturally more than 70 seats.
