Who we are

Ours is a simple and sincere cuisine, which comes from the memories of the chef and the brigade. Memories of the Italian, Sicilian and Roman tradition in particular, but also influences of kitchens from other countries, based on top quality products, selected from small producers and artisans. All seasoned with the techniques that technology and the advancement of modern cuisine offers us. 
“We do this job because we love to eat, that’s why we work as if we were our first customers”. 
We see and propose cooking as sharing, substance, technique and passion. We like to play with flavors and break the mold, which is why our menu does not have the classic division for starters / first / second courses, but for cooking and preparation methods. 
A menu that changes seasonally, keeping some great classics that have always accompanied us.
